This year, Richard celebrated a special birthday with an unforgettable meal at local restaurant Geisha, where he was completely surprised by colleagues and family. Great food, plenty of laughs and a few raised glasses made it a night to remember. We don’t miss a chance to celebrate at E3Design! |
Beth was promoted to Senior Designer back in September after just one year with us. She’s been making a big impact across both engineering and creative design projects, traveling frequently for client work and bringing fresh ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to everything she does. | | When he’s not travelling the country driving business development and sales, Peter has been putting his energy into pickle-making for good. He wrapped up the 2025 season with 381 jars made, raising £3,500 for Hospice Care and Craster RNLI. A great example of how our work and values go hand in hand. | This year, Lizzie was promoted from Junior Designer and has been pursuing her membership with the Institution of Engineering Designers (IED) as a Chartered Engineer She’s been making her mark on large-scale engineering projects with local businesses. | | This year, Marc has taken on more of a business development role, steering the company in more exciting and new directions. We do more than creative design now—he’s driving engineering support, putting loads of effort into upskilling the team, and upgrading our technology and capabilities to better serve our clients. | Hannah graduated back in July with a BA First Class Honours in Design for Industry from Northumbria University and showcased her final major projects at University Reveal. We can’t wait to see how she builds on her academic achievements with us. | | | | | | One of our favourite projects this year was a sustainable healthcare design initiative which we had the opportunity to showcase it at the Cardiff Medicentre. While we have to keep many projects under wraps, this one highlights our work designing solutions to support NHS services and help those who struggle to access healthcare, particularly in rural and lower-income areas. We’re excited to take this into 2026 and into the next phase! | | | | | | Four members of the E3Design Ltd team are taking on the Great North Run for the very first time in 2026!

This year, we can proudly say that we are an award-winning company.
We’re excited for everything 2026 will bring with some big news coming in January as well as some new interns, the work never stops!
To close off the year, we had our team Secret Santa, with gifts ranging from pigeons to target practice, origami cats and even a hand-crocheted gallbladder this year was full of surprises.
We’re also eagerly anticipating our Christmas party in the Lake District at the weekend. The team deserve the opportunity (yet again) to get their gladrags on and enjoy themselves.
Here’s to celebrating our achievements and an even more exciting year ahead! Best wishes to you all and a Happy New Year! | | | | | | | | | | | |
